Moong beans are a part of the legume family. They are one of the best sources of plant-based protein, and are full of antioxidants. These Gut Happy beans have first been sprouted, to improve their nutrient absorption, and make them easy to digest.
Whole green moong beans are cooked to a beautiful, creamy texture in this dhal! The sweetness of carrots, and fresh dill, add complementary flavours and goodness that makes it extra nourishing.
Enjoy with rice or naan bread, and a side salad. Serves 2.
