Pastry: flour (rice, soy, tapioca, maize, potato), Nuttelex margarine, eggs, canola oil, baking powder (glucono delta-lactone (575), potassium bicarbonate (501), sodium bicarbonate (500)), salt, xanthan gum (415), guar gum (412).

Filling: mince beef, tomato, onion stock, tomato paste, canola oil, stock powder, salt, pepper. Water added.

Topping: potato flakes, Nuttelex margarine, salt, pepper.

Finally had to give a review yey!!! Love this gem corner for gluten free food. It’s the service that brings me back. Hands down for Cori, he will speak to you on the phone to ensure you’re good with all the goods you want. Thank you for your amazing space.i drive 30 minutes to get to the store. They deliver but I just can’t wait hence the drive. Well it’s worth it 🤣. Food 100/10, ambience 100/10 and service 100/10. I may be bias try it for yourself and then we can argue

I tried the plain and blueberry basque cheesecake, cream puff, beef pie and bread. The desserts were VERY good, but the plain cheesecake stole the show - one of the best I have had. The beef pie had a really nice filling and rich pastry. Not as crispy as say whole-green bakery, but the filling and flavour is arguably nicer. I was impressed by the bread also - the ingredients are quality, including the type of non inflammatory oil used (extra virgin olive oil). Highly recommend this gluten free bakery and I will be back to try some of the other products.

This is the best gluten free shop in Sydney . The owner Cory is so kind and understanding of his clients and their dietary needs . I am a new customer so still exploring all the awesome products . My sister is celiac and I have recently been diagnosed with gluten intolerance. So to find a gluten free store that sells so many safe products I am so grateful. Cory is very knowledgeable and helpful , he has been answering all my questions all week long with a friendly and caring disposition. The gluten free bread is sensational , you know how gluten free is is heavy and dense , not this stuff it is wonderful I recommend also trying the sourdough bread . Everything in the store is gluten free . They even do delicious brownies , cakes , pies and susagerolls . If you want fresh bread then get there early they sell out very fast . Ten out of ten for quality, service and someone actually caring about their customers

Finally an amazing gluten free shop in Sydney that sells fantastic treats!! Recently visited and purchased the carmel slice and mango cheesecake. Both were delicious - but the mango was the show stealer. The use of real fresh mango definitely did not go unnoticed. Service was so friendly and the atmosphere was very welcoming, all of which makes the biggest difference. Can’t wait to come back.

Snuck in the door just after closing and they very kindly let us stay. Great options in freezer so lugged home prawns, squid and best cheesecake ever. Other shops nearby also offering Gluten free goodies so be sure you're in the right place.

I recently came in to check the store out and I was so impressed with the variety and quality of what’s available. They had so many items that I haven’t had in years since being diagnosed with coeliac’s disease, not having to read labels and know I could chose whatever I wanted had me almost crying happy tears. The customer service was also excellent and I can’t wait to come back!
